Addiction and Treatment
Geoff Botak has decades of service, knowledge and experience in the addiction recovery space and is an invaluable advisor to All Sober. Geoff is the President of Malvern Health, one of Pennsylvania’s premier treatment centers groups. Currently, he manages six centers across the state as they provide services to hundreds of people in need daily.
Geoff’s vision for Malvern is built on a strategic plan that encompasses implementing evidenced-based treatment at the core of everything they do. Also, he creates a culture of dignity and respect for patients and assures an employee culture built upon compassion and teamwork.
Before Malvern Health, Geoff established a twenty-five-year career in behavioral healthcare with Universal Health Services, Incorporated (UHS), a Fortune 500 Company and one of the nation's largest hospital management companies.
Geoff began his career as a detox nurse and was later promoted to CEO of a substance use disorder residential treatment facility and then to CEO of two more acute psychiatric facilities. In 2005, Geoff achieved multi-facility leadership as group director, regional vice president, divisional vice president, and senior divisional vice president.
