Maeve O’Neill  
EVP of Addiction and Recovery

Maeve has worked in behavioral health for over 30 years.  She is grateful for her 10 years in direct service with all populations, 10 years in management in all settings and more than 10 years in executive leadership with nonprofit and for profit organizations.  The last seven years have been dedicated to specialization in ethics and compliance to ensure quality and safe care for all. She is passionate about helping all we serve by engaging staff in resiliency skills, empowering teams in regulatory compliance and enhancing organizational cultures in reliability.

Her belief that well-being is best achieved in workplaces that support a healthy and happy workforce come from Maeve’s family of origin.  Both her parents suffered from mental illness and addiction and from an early age she wanted to prevent others from having such challenges.  Her personal and professional experience is that we can detect risks and correct our systems of care to educate and support all impacted by addiction.  She is the proud parent of two teenagers and believes she has found a way to change the world by being part of the All Sober team
