National Suicide Prevention Lifeline

New 988 Suicide Prevention Hotline.  People experiencing a mental health crisis can call or text a three-digit number, 988, to reach the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline and connect with mental health professionals trained to respond to such emergencies.

Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals.
