Recovery for Gerardo began upon entering Attica Prison—sentenced for life! It saved his life in the most brutal and honest way … He grew up in the prison system for 15 years. Self-discipline, training body, mind and spirit to be able to overcome all his past indiscretions, has made him a plant-based living and fitness expert for 47 years and counting!
