Mark Kendall is the Grammy-nominated lead guitarist and founding member of the multiplatinum rock band Great White. The band has sold over 11 million albums worldwide, had two Top 10 singles, six Billboard Top 100 hits, nine Billboard Top 200 albums and clocked at the top of MTV four times. On Nov. 2, 2008, Mark surrendered to his alcohol addiction!
“I just gave in to the fact that I couldn’t drink like a normal person. It became so much work to do what I call ‘chasing normal’ that I finally gave in. I was desperate, and basically threw my arms in the air and said, ‘PLEASE GOD HELP ME!’ I listened to people with long-term sobriety, took direction and worked on my character defects. If I can do it, anybody can. It’s a much better life, I PROMISE!🙏👈👀”
